To capture the essence of the property's world-class landscape, the main theme color for the sales office is a light yellow. In color psychology, this hue represents upliftment, illumination, and cheerfulness. It offers a sense of hope and happiness, creating an inviting and positive atmosphere for potential buyers.
The sales hall is adorned with the light yellow tone, creating a cohesive and harmonious space that aligns with the property's publicity. The entrance design features a blue wave stone and a special jellyfish glass ceiling, adding an energetic and gorgeous touch to the sales hall.
One of the standout features of the sales office is the logo feature wall, made from a special blue wave marble. This unique material represents one of the major merits of the property, as it faces the sea. The designer wanted to create a lasting impression for visitors, and the blue wave marble serves as a stunning backdrop.
With a total area of approximately 16,300 square feet, the sales office and show flats offer ample space for potential buyers to explore and envision their future in the property. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the nickel stained steel accents to the special crystal features and unique marble patterns throughout the sales office.
The design team, led by Kim Wong, aimed to create a sales office that not only showcases the property's superior characteristics but also provides a glimpse into the actual living environment. The incorporation of art, architecture, and innovative design elements achieves this goal, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
One of the focal points in the sales hall is a sea-wave art sculpture, complemented by decorative waterfall lighting. This artistic installation captures the attention of visitors with its elegance and creativity, adding to the overall aesthetic value of the space.
The Grand Marine sales office project began in March 2019 and was completed in August 2019 in Hong Kong. It opened to the public in October 2019, inviting potential buyers to experience the grandeur and elegance firsthand.
The sourcing and arrangement of materials posed a challenge for the design team. To find the perfect blue stone with a remarkable pattern, the designer searched worldwide, ensuring that the potential users would be inspired by the grand and elegant atmosphere of the sales office. The result is a space adorned with nickel stained steel, special crystal features, and unique blue marble.
With its light yellow theme, exquisite artwork decorations, and decorative jellyfish glass ceiling, the Grand Marine sales office is a testament to luxury and modern elegance. Stainless steel accents highlight the attention to detail, creating a space that exudes sophistication and style.
The Grand Marine sales office, designed by Kim Wong, has been recognized for its outstanding creativity and ingenuity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. This prestigious award honors designs that incorporate best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
